Do you offer international shipping?
No, we only ship within Canada
What is the processing time for my order?
We will fulfill your order in 1 - 2 days.
When will you ship my order?
We will ship your order in 1 - 3 business days
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible by emailing us at soapandseedco@gmail.com

Are all your products vegan?
Yes, all ingredients used in our products are vegan. Great care and research is always used when selecting ingredients to ensure they are free from animal product and by-product.

What ingredients are used in your products?
Our products are made with gentle, clean, nourishing ingredients that your skin will love!

Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils in your products?
We use both, but we use skin safe fragrance oils in the majority of our products. We only select fragrance oils that are free from Parabens, Phthalates, Lyral and Lilial.
Do you use ingredients containing gluten?
Yes, some of our products contain gluten. Please note we are not a gluten free facility.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, all ingredients used are gentle and nourishing. We also offer some fragrance free products.

What kind of packaging do you use?
We select our packaging with the environment in mind. We use cardstock, glass jars, paperboard tubes and biodegradable plastic. Note, we only use biodegradable plastic when absolutely necessary (to protect the product)

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to soapandseedco@gmail.com

What does the 'Seed' in Soap & Seed mean?
We use homegrown Chamomile seed powder to make a tea. We use this soothing tea in our soap!
